Policy Objectives

To outline Rottnest Express's requirements for the cancellation of booked services on the Rottnest Express B2B portal, in person at a Rottnest Express terminal or via phone.

This policy applies to all staff of the Rottnest Island Authority and Island Business staff (commuters) travelling on the Rottnest Express commuter ferry services.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of a pre-booked commuter ferry service will incur the following fees:

More than 1 hour before departure - no cancellation fee.

Within 1 hour of departure - 100% of total cost.

Cancellation of booked services.

To cancel bookings, commuters and/or the persons responsible for booking commuter travel may notify Rottnest Express's Sales and Customer Service team in person at Rottnest Express's terminals or by phone to cancel pre-booked commuter travel.
